About your role
As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the effectiveness and productivity of our sales organization. You will empower our Partner Managers and Channel Marketing Managers to exceed targets by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need. This includes owning the development and delivery of sales training, optimizing the use of our CRM (Odoo) and other sales tools for optimal seller efficiency, and driving continuous improvements in sales processes and methodology.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with 4+ years of proven Sales Enablement experience, strong proficiency in leveraging CRM and data visualization tools, excellent analytical abilities, and strong communication skills, all within the fast-paced consumer electronics market.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
Key objectives
The Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales force excellence and revenue growth by ensuring our Partner Sales and Channel Marketing teams are highly effective, intelligent, and well-supported in a rapidly evolving consumer electronics market.
Optimize Sales Tool Utilization: Own the creation and delivery of comprehensive training materials related to sales tools, processes, and sophisticated data insights. You will empower our commercial teams with the knowledge and skills to leverage our sales infrastructure to its fullest potential.
Enhance Sales Efficiency & Productivity: Document, streamline, and embed best practices into the sales process to reduce friction and free up our Partner Managers’ time for more valuable customer engagement. Ensure the CRM (Odoo) and other sales technologies are effectively leveraged by sales teams through simplifying workflows and configuring the tools to support sales goals and reporting.
Provide Actionable Enablement Insights: Measure the impact and effectiveness of enablement programs and content, using data to continuously refine strategies and investments.
Key responsibilities
CRM Administration & Optimization: Act as a key liaison with IT to ensure CRM (Odoo) and other sales tools are configured and utilized optimally to support sales workflows and enablement initiatives. Continuously look out for potential system enhancements, application changes or new tools to improve efficiency and support sales objectives. Manage enhancements prioritisation, briefing, testing and verification of delivered solutions. Drive the adoption of sales technologies by providing clear guidance, training, and troubleshooting support for sales teams.
Sales Process Documentation & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle, specifically focusing on how improved processes and enablement interventions can boost overall sales effectiveness. Document sales processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
Sales Training & Enablement: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, company processes, and tool proficiency. Sharpen and document sales partner onboarding process and train sales partners.
Sales Compensation Support: Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to ensure sales teams clearly understand and are motivated by our internal sales incentive and external sales partner programs. Develop training and communication materials to support effective execution related to compensation goals. Lead a project to automate the administration, calculation, and reporting of our internal sales incentive and external sales partner programs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate recurring sales reports and dashboards (e.g. pipeline, forecast, performance against target, win/loss rates, channel performance) to provide sales leadership and individual contributors with real-time insights. Own the creation, curation, and maintenance of a centralized, up-to-date sales content library (e.g. sales playbooks, competitor analysis, customer success stories).
Sales Forecasting Support: Provide guidance and training to sales teams on best practices for accurate sales forecasting within the CRM, helping to ensure data quality that supports strategic analysis.
Your Skills & Experience
Experience:
4+ years of dedicated experience in a Sales Enablement or Sales Operations role.
Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering impactful sales enablement programs.
Technical Proficiency:
CRM Expertise: Strong proficiency in leveraging and optimizing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Odoo), including reporting and dashboarding for enablement metrics. Knowledge of Odoo CRM is a significant plus.
Spreadsheet Mastery: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
Data Visualization Tools: proficiency with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing sales data is a plus.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying root causes and developing practical solutions.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Ability to bridge technical language to commercial language and vice versa.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and training delivery skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Business Acumen:
Deep understanding of the entire sales lifecycle, various sales methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
A keen interest in the consumer electronics market and its unique sales dynamics (e.g. channel sales, product lifecycles, promotional impacts).
Mindset:
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders effectively.
